Our company was established by William H. Youngblood P.E. L.S. in 1968 when he acquired O.G. Aselin Associates and provided land surveying and engineering services for over 30 years in the Hudson Valley area.

In 2001, William D. Youngblood Land Surveying was formed to continue providing quality land surveying services to our clients.

We are a full service land surveying company located in the Hudson Valley region of New York State. We provide all manner of surveys from small residential mortgage surveys to large boundary and commercial surveys.

We currently retain the records of a number of surveying companies formerly located in the area:

• O.G. Aselin Associates
• Frederick E. Osborne Associates

Our records date back to the 1950's.
